I ordered custom socks of my dog for a Christmas present. I ordered them in early December and just received the order. When I opened the package, however, I found socks with a random (very cute but nonetheless random) cat on them. When I reached out to customer service, I did not receive a response for a few days and when I asked them if it would be possible to get a refund or get new ones shipped in time for Christmas, I was blocked from their email address.

Like others have posted, I ordered Dec 8 with a promised shipping timeline of 3-5 after production. Looks like the label was printed on Dec 15 but product didn't move until Dec 20 where UPS acknowledged receipt. 12/22 item transferred to USPS where it sits for eternity. An easy way to p1ss off all of your customers it to use UPS Innovations/USPS. Guaranteed to be late or lost. This was supposed to be a Christmas present with which there was plenty of time to deliver and they failed. Will be requesting a refund for item not received.

I received socks with no face on them, just an outline filled in black. My third pair I’ve ordered so I’m really sad that these turned out that way. I have emailed for help 4 separate times over the span of two weeks hoping to gift these to a friend. No one ever responded to my emails. I even attached a picture to show the botched socks. Silence.

Horrible!!!! Ordered Dec 1st was told on the 10th my order had shipped. It is the 24th and nothing! When I track my order it says no updates at this time. These were a gift. You suck! I contacted customer service three days ago still no one has gotten back with me. Never again!!!

Didn't recieve socks for Christmas. Unfortunately, I cannot review the socks.

Terrible quality. Fabric & style resemble nothing like what’s advertised. Fabric is like a stretchy silk with no structure of a sock. Contacted customer service several days ago and still haven’t heard back. Very disappointed & do not recommend.
