Ordered socks of my wife's dog that passed away and after waiting weeks for the order to arrive for Christmas I was sent a sock with a solid black blob. No pet. No picture. A black blob. I am disgusted that a company cares so little about its customers and would willingly allow this to happen. I suggest everyone look elsewhere if they are looking for a product similar to this.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. order was extremely late. Customer service was non existent. Socks are VERY poor quality. Please do not purchase from this company.

My order was supposedly shipped out on 12/11 and even with the 5 business delay due to Covid it still hadn’t even left the carrier! It is now 12/24 which makes it almost two weeks since the “ship date” and I still have nothing.

PupSocks is a great concept, but it may be a scam. I ordered two items, the less expensive one came, the more expensive one never shipped. I’ve sent multiple messages to the customer service team but heard nothing. It was a holiday gift and I ordered a month ago. The one item I got is great - but the overall experience has been poor. I paid for the other item and received nothing. Happy to change this rating if anyone ever gets back to me.

These socks are so thin and really dont feel like socks at all. When they are stretched a little the picture of the dog is totally distorted. I was very unhappy with the quality and would not suggest anyone order from here.

One of the dogs' faces was pitch black. This was supposed to be a special Christmas present and part of Christmas was ruined. We would have happily submitted a new pic if that was necessary. It took almost a month to get them from the time ordered, so there was no time to fix it. I've ordered before without issue, but I'll never order again.

Terrible customer service. Pupsocks ordered November 14, not shipped until December 11 and still not received the order #2614307. I shall not be recommending your business to anyone.
