The socks are super cute, my wife was so happy & surprised :) the material was not what I was expecting -- but super cute idea for a small gift.

Overall did a good job. The problem with the picture on the sock is that they cut out my cat's face in generic shorthaired cat shape. My cat has long hair and most of her fluffy face is missing around the edges. I recommend making a note when ordering to include the long hair on the face if you have a longhair cat.

I was disappointed with all the items I ordered. The socks were so ugly. The material was so synthetic. I had one pair of an all black dog that were terrible. Another of an all red dog that looked like it was cut out by a 3rd grader. No definition at all. I was embarrassed to give them as gifts. Not at all worth the money. The mask I got was too small and the material was flimsy polyester.

Not quite the quality I was hoping for. They have a ‘shiny’ texture, unlike any socks I’ve had before. They’re cute, though.

The blanket turned out beautifully and the recipient loved it. HOWEVER, it was a Christmas gift…ordered in plenty of time to arrive before December 25 (based on your own guidance that it would be 8-10 days). When it was shipped 10 days after the order was placed, you chose the slowest, cheapest service - knowing that it was beyond the cut off date given by UPS to arrive in time. So shipping took another 10 days…unacceptable! You need to clarify if your 8-10 day timeframe includes ship time or not.

I didn’t get exactly what I expected. My fault, i guess, but for a pair of the socks, they did the whole cat, instead of just their head. And for the second pair, I asked if they were able to do something with the picture first and I never heard back. And the socks came without the edit I asked for, if I knew it couldn’t have been done, I would have cancelled that order. Then the order arrived well after Christmas (I ordered 3 weeks in advance, return time said 8-10 business days).

The design is really cute and the picture came out great and very clear. The overall quality of the sock though is poor. They are thin and wide and are not shaped for a foot, the material bunches in front of the ankle.
