Ordered over a month ago still have no received

I have not received my order that was placed in November and I have emailed this company five times with no response. I think this company is a scam, although I am still hoping I am wrong.

Terrible. Paid extra for two day shipping to get by Christmas and it didn't arrive until after new years. The blanket was terrible quality. The only part of my cat you can see were two very blurry eyes. Couldn't get ahold of customer service by home or email. Stuck with a terrible product. The idea is cute, but what I got was nothing like what was advertised. Don't buy this.

I was sent the wrong socks. When I asked how to send the wrong socks back and receive the socks I had ordered I got no response. What a scam!

Bought few weeks before Christmas never received them

I ordered a blanket as a Christmas gift. It took a long time to arrive which I completely understood since it was Christmas. When it came I was very disappointed. The image looked like a black Angus not a dog. It was not good at all. I contacted PupSocks and was told I had 2 options, have it reprinted or in store credit. I decided to have them try it one more time. It arrived today and it is a bit better than the first but still very disappointing. My advice, if your dog has a mostly black face don't order. She does have some white on her face but you cannot see that at all on the blanket. It's basically a black blob, you can't really see her eyes either. I can say the second blanket shipped pretty quick and when I contacted them about the problems with the first blanket, they did respond relatively quick.

I was very excited to gift these socks to my brother-in-law (who lives in Europe) for Christmas. I ordered these socks on December 10, with the promise of the website that they would arrive within 10 business days. Well, they never did arrive until after I left town on the 26th to see my brother-in-law. When I got home from my trip, the socks were here, but the dog was not. Two random dogs were the socks I received. No big deal, PupSocks will take care this, right? WRONG! They will not give me a full refund and say they will subtract the "customization fee" from my refund. The customization was wrong, which I believe I should not be charged for it. On top of that, the socks are cheap and not good quality. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing pupsocks and stay clear of this company.
