Initially was sent the wrong thing due to the fact that there is no space to indicate what you want to be cut out for the socks. But after a few weeks, I received my initial order.

I honestly love the whole concept, BUT, I bought a pair of BaeSocks for my boyfriend for Valentine’s day and opted to get the gift packaging. When I received my package in the mail it was in one of those plastic mailing envelopes and the gift packaging (a small cardboard white box with a bow and tie around it and red confetti on the inside) was completely crushed and honestly looked so horrible I couldn’t even use it. I would suggest you start shipping in boxes if people buy the gift packaging because honestly it was a waste of money and I was so disappointed because it would have been perfect if it wasn’t crushed! Also, one of the socks was smaller than the other? Not much but enough to be noticeable. Other than that you did a great job with cropping the photo of my face. I give three stars because at the end of the day he loved the socks and showed them off to everyone at work and they all asked where I got them.

I originally had problems uploading my photo and it took quite a while to get a response which caused me to miss the sale. Once I got it ordered I asked for a discount to match the sale I missed and they immediately worked with me. It was amazing customer service when they could have told me “no way”. For $30, I was expecting a little higher quality sock. I have folds in the top that missed the photo print which caused the faces to look a little weird and they super stretch out instead of holding their form like a regular sock. Still a cute novelty gift

Took 20 days from order to arrive at my place. Not until after I emailed Pupsocks inquiring about the order did I receive shipping details, 11 days after I planed my order. This is not horrible since I live in Canada but definitely a bit longer than I was expecting. Socks were cute and great quality. Nice gift.

The socks are very cute with your pets face but I was very disappointed in the quality and not what I expected for a $30 pair of socks.

We're sorry you were disappointed in the quality of your socks 🤕 When the socks go through production, they are stretched a bit to ensure that when you proudly wear them, your furry friend's face does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! This may affect the initial shape, but once they are washed and worn, they bounce back into shape 🤞🏾
