Since last Christmas, we made a few changes to our design pattern to reflect a bigger and bolder look which resulted in fewer faces. Nevertheless, we have recently released a NEW design to feature 10 lovely heads on each sock! That's 20 beautiful faces per pair 🙂. In regards to your sizing concerns, we would like to know a little more about this issue. Oh noooooo, Sara !! 😢 We are saddened to hear that you were displeased with your order. We are always trying to improve the quality of our products. Our customer service representatives are compliant with communication and correspondence with customers and strive to fulfill every order to its utmost potential. However, our productions are solely consumer based, meaning whatever photo is provided is cropped and printed. Nothing is altered in the beautiful faces we receive. 😍 We apologize that your order took two weeks to arrive, however, our production time is 7 business days and 3-5 business days for domestic shipping. Our records do indicate that your order was received within our company's shipping policy. Unfortunately, we don't offer any expedited shipping at this time, and we do apologize about that as well.😔 In efforts to accommodate you, we will happily send you out a replacement pair as stated in our corresponding emails.👍🏼 We love all of our customers and we want you to love your PupSocks just as much!!
