Terrible! Wished I had read the reviews before ordering. I have an autistic son who lost a dog to old age. This blanket I ordered was to be his BIG gift for Christmas, his beloved dog’s face all over the largest blanket that was available to order. I ordered this blanket on 12/3. Shipped 5 days later, pending approval from our own local post office since the 17th. Zero updates since. There’s no one to call, no one replied to my emails. I’m so pissed. My son is going to be heartbroken. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!

My order came 28 days later then your website says. The material is so cheap and my digs image is a bad print on my socks. Customer service needs much improvement. Very disappointed with a $31 pair of socks.

Took 20 days to arrive and There is no customer service number for issues with order.

These were to be a surprise Christmas gift for my husband. I uploaded a picture of our family dog. I received the socks a week ago, and they had cats on them. I emailed customer service 6 days ago and received a response that said someone would be responding within 72 hours. I have heard nothing. I am not even going to bother with it now as Christmas is tomorrow. Lesson learned and I will not be ordering from pupsocks again or recommending them to family or friends.

Buyer beware!! Horrible customer service. I ordered four pairs of socks with the same dog. Three were correct. One came with the wrong dog. I emailed customer service. No response. I have four kids and I can’t give them the socks for Christmas because i only have three. Buyer beware!!
