The idea to give a present like this is great, but the quality of the sock materials does not seem great, and for the price (30$ a pair) it seems it could be much better.

The socks are cute, but the customer service is horrible. Their website says that if you need to change anything on your order, if you contact them within 24 hours of placing it they will take care of it. FALSE. I uploaded the wrong picture of my Aussie by mistake and emailed them Immediately with the correct picture. I never got a response to it. The next email I got was that the order shipped. I got the socks with the Wrong picture on them, AND there were ink spots all over 2 of the pairs of socks. You would think they would acutally LOOK at their product before mailing it out with ink spots all over them. I am going to go through a different company next time. One that actually has customer service.

Pics were great and done well but the quality of the sock itself is pretty bad.

PupSocks apparently has a rule of only one face per sock. It is indeed written on their website, but very small and not in an obvious way. I went through the trouble of cropping an image myself that had two faces (touching close together) and sent it in. They sent me a pair of socks with my image further cropped to omit one of the two faces. They didn't even bother emailing me to ask for clarification - or to mention to me that the order that I had already paid for was not going to be what I thought it was - or even to at least give me the option of choosing which of the two faces I could have. They just went ahead and did it. When I emailed them, quite upset, they mentioned that they do make exceptions and that all I needed to do was send them an image that had two faces touching very close together... which I had already done... which they had not used, but rather cropped... That being said at the very least they made up for their mistake by sending me a second pair with the correct image. Unfortunately, I had ordered them for a very special occasion, which had then already passed. It just sucks because this is obviously a mistake that happened cause someone somewhere was just following procedure, or they don't have the proper procedures in place to begin with. An actual human being, somewhere along the line, actually needs to look at something, the entire situation from start to finish, and actually say "Yes, this is what this person wants, I approve, go for it!" instead of an automated system of procedures just moving along like a factory assembly line. Anyways. The socks are cosy though. I'd give 2.5 out of 5 stars if I could. But I'll round generously.

The socks came in a timely manner & the site was easy to use. However, the quality of the so is is very poor. They look nice until you actually put them on your feet then the picture is distorted and they are very thin. For the price I was expecting a well made sock. I would not buy again for the price.

The prints look great, but the socks themselves are not very high quality and I was somewhat disappointed.

The socks came out cute with my dogs face but they cannot be worn because it stretches out the fabric so you can no longer see the picture and the sock does not shrink back. They are a funny statement piece to show people but they are not actually usable.

I bought a pair of socks with my face on them for my girlfriend - she loved them, but probably won't ever wear them because they are not really high quality or comfortable. For the price, I was expecting a little better quality of the sock itself, but the image quality of my face was great.
