Thanks for placing an order, Miranda! We're so sorry that you weren't impressed with the overall quality of your socks 😓 Have you been able to wash them yet? If not, give this a try and tell us how it goes at https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/! Your socks appear thin due to a heat sealing process we use when making them, but that rinse should do the trick!

So sorry that your socks weren't up to standard, initially ☹️ Try giving them a good rinse cycle! Your socks appear thin upon first impression due to a heat pressing process called sublimation. However, that wash should do the trick 🚿

We're sorry to hear that you were less than impressed with the quality of your socks! When we make your socks, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear your socks around, your furry kitten's face does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! This will affect the shape and first impression, but once they are washed and worn they bounce right back into shape 🚿

So sorry to hear that you were less than impressed with the physical quality of your socks 😥 Have you been able to give them a wash? If not, we suggest giving a good rinse cycle a try as this should bounce them back into shape! Your socks seem thin upon first impression due to a heat sealing process called sublimation that we use when producing them.
