Placed order on November 11th 2021 and did not receive. Reached our December 2, 2021 and rep promised within 5 business days. Well now it’s Christmas and still no socks! This is beyond ridiculous!

Took more than a month to arrive and the worst product I have ever received.

Our socks did not arrive.

I received my socks and you can’t even tell what they are. They look like a blob. So disappointed!

Literally haven’t received it

Was told at the end of my order that I would receive my products in 8-10 days. Never happened. Ordered on December 10th, will not receive until December 29th. Tried contacting support, no response. Will never order from here again and this was my first experience with them.

Horrible! I ordered the socks as promoted that they would ship out quickly and in time for Christmas. I got a notification that they were “in production” thinking that meant something. After waiting a week, I sent an email and was told it would take 72 for them to respond. Waited 5 days and still no response. I wanted to change the shipping address as they would not get to my place in time to ship out for Christmas. I have never received a response back and just ended up canceling the order in which I was told it would be a $9 charge to cancel an order. They actually charged me $18 for no product. Ridiculous. I’m sure that’s what the socks actually cost so I basically paid for nothing.

Ordered 4 weeks ago. Got one email the same day indicating the order was received. then nothing from them. They said it would come in before Xmas. it didnt. They didnt even start processing the order. And then we just went to cancel it....and low and behold...they charge $9 cancellation service fee per item....even though they didnt start making it,t hey did nothing. We had ordered 6 items...so they just made $54 for literally doing nothing. this is a scam business. Do not order from them. Call your credit card company to cancel the charge.
