Placed order on Feb 7th, received 2 pairs of socks on Feb 23rd. Took a long time to process .However, when I emailed pupsocks to inquire about my order, they responded in a timely manner. The pictures on the socks were very tightly cropped, not what I expected. I would order from this company again because the socks were cute and customer service responded quickly to my inquiry.

They did a great job in making sure that the socks were done in a timely manner, however one of the pictures I submitted had a picture of two dog heads and they were printed with only one of the dogs faces.

The socks aren’t the best quality but sill cute. For the cost I wouldn’t do it again but it was fun 1 time.

Great delivery speed and I love the concept, but the quality of the socks was low and the price was too high.

We're sorry you didn't feel like the quality of your socks matched the price point 😓 I may have a solution to aid this issue, though! Our socks are made using a very special process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. So, once washed and worn, the socks will take their familiar shape and feel 🤞🏾
