Received the wrong socks and have reached out for a response. No response and would expect more. Still hoping to get a resolution. Will provide update if anything positive happens. Very frustrating to not have any communication and likely have someone else's socks.

My order was placed 3 weeks ago and was said to have shipped over 2 weeks ago and yet the tracking has never updated and after writing to the company multiple times just seeking any kind of info I have received nothing back and still have no clue where my order is. It’s a busy time of year but I think they could do much better.

Not possible to reach Pupsocks and I got an email about the order shipped 10 december and still have not received the order or an email regarding the order

This material is nothing like any sock I have ever seen. Not even wearable, extremely disappointed with this purchase. Not even worth $5

Ordered the socks as a gift for Christmas the first week of December and as of Christmas Day still have not received. It is hard to review a product that has not been seen. Sent 3 messages to find out the status of my order and as of yet have received no response. There are many company’s that provide custom socks, I suggest going elsewhere. Merry Christmas!!

Very unhappy with the quality of the printing as well as the fabric of the socks. YUCK. Tried contacting manufacturers to request return for refund: no response. Don’t waste your money.
