Ordered these for my son - he loves his dog, and loves the socks!

I love the outcome of the socks, but it took almost a month to get them in the mail

It was a fun gift to give. The picture on the mug turned out pretty well. Certain aspects of the Pup didn't show up because of the color of the mug. If I would have known, I would have ordered a different color. Still received faster than expected. Good experience and well received gift.

Due to an abundance of orders, the delivery process was lengthy but the socks themselves turned out great and I couldn’t be happier with the product!

Communication on order status or being able to check order status online would be a tremendous improvement

I wanted to give this company 5 stars so badly, but I just couldn’t. I ordered from them their first year in business, and it took forever for the socks to arrive. I understood, because the company was overwhelmed by their success. I ordered this year, and it was the same problem. It took about three weeks for the socks to arrive. Other products may arrive sooner, but my socks didn’t. That being said....the socks are darling and a fun gift for all ages.

Arrived just a few days later than I was hoping as they were an anniversary gift for my husband. Otherwise they were perfect. Allow for 3 weeks just to be safe for production, shipping and arrival.
