We're sorry you were disappointed in the initial quality of your socks 😔 Have you been able to give them a wash yet? When we make your socks, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear them, your furry friend's face does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! This will most likely affect the shape and your first impression, but once they are washed, they bounce right back into shape 👍🏾

Hi Rita! So sorry to hear that you were less than impressed with the quality of your socks 😔 Have you been able to give them a wash? A good rinse and dry (inside out for best results) should bounce your socks right back into shape! Let us know how this goes at https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/!

Hi there, Gabriela! We greatly appreciate your feedback regarding the quality of your socks. Have you been able to give them a wash yet? Your socks appear very thin upon arrival due to a heat sealing process called sublimation that we use during production. However, that rinse cycle is sure to do the trick 🚿

So sorry to hear that you didn't feel like the quality of your socks matched the price point 😔 Have you been able to give them a rinse cycle? If not, we heavily suggest giving that a try! Your socks may appear thin upon first impression, but that wash should definitely bring them back to life!
