We're sorry that the quality of your socks left some to be desired 😓 Have you tried washing your socks yet? When we're making your socks, they are stretched to make sure that when you wear them around, your furry friend's face does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! This is why your socks seem thin upon first impression, but once they are washed and worn they are sure to regain some life!

We're sorry that you were less than impressed with the physical quality of your socks 😓 When your socks are made, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear them around, your furry friend's face does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! This will probably affect the shape and your first impression, but once the socks are washed and worn they bounce right back into shape!

Thanks for ordering, Melissa! Have you been able to wash your socks yet? They may feel a bit rough or thin upon arrival, but a good rinse cycle (preferably inside out) is sure to bounce them right back into shape 🚿

Your socks seem a bit thin upon arrival due to a heat sealing process called sublimation that we use when making your socks. However, a good rinse cycle is sure to do the trick ☝🏾
