The quality of the sock is terrible! It feels terrible and looks terrible minus the dogs pictures. I am unhappy with how much I paid for them and the quality is that of a dollar store if not worse. It’s basically an expensive cuteish gag gift. Will never recommend this to anyone.

i asked for a collar with nametag to be included in the pic, it wasn't and I never received communication about it not being possible. the quality of the sock and the print isn't very nice at all, thankfully the gift recipients were still happy about them. I had an issue with shipping, that may have been my fault, but customer service passed the buck to DHL, DHL said I had to talk to the merchant. I think I was lucky to have received the package at all, even if it was a week late.

I received socks with the picture of the wrong dog. I tried to contact through their site, but it said the file with my picture was too big. Yet there wasn’t a problem when I originally placed my order. I’ve received emails saying they want to correct it, but I’m waiting for the email saying we received your picture and working on your socks.
