I got a pair of socks and 1 of the pictures I wanted on the socks didn't come out correctly. I have emailed multiple times to get them corrected and haven't heard back and it's been a week. I realize the holiday season makes things busier but I expected an email from a human, not a bot, within a week. Very disappointed.

I was so excited about these socks and her face is completely black. You cannot make out her face at all… it looks like a black blob. You can’t even see her mouth. I am extremely disappointed.

I wish I was able to give negative 10 stars. My order is a complete disaster. My dog is indistinguishable on the socks I ordered, she looks like a brown blob. For reference my dog is white so not sure how this happened. Then whoever sealed the socks in the shipping bag sealed fabric of one side of the socks together with the bag thereby destroying the socks, which have a big crease and rip in them. Stay away from this pointless and terrible company.

These socks were terrible. The printing look Ike’s good, but the material is awful. Very disappointed. My wife said they are extremely u comfortable.

The artist did exactly what I wanted but the print is so dark you can’t see any detail. They almost look like cow socks with black blobs all over.

I ordered socks with our dead cat on it. I got socks with 2 dogs on it. Not happy.

Billed for order that never shipped. Customer Service email bounced back. Filed Chargeback with credit card. Pupsocks is a scam. Avoid!
