Terrible picture processed and no response from customer service. Terrible quality of socks.

I received the wrong order entirely and no one has returned my messages.

I wanted to love them but I had a bad experience from the start. The ordering was easy but the socks took forever to get printed, then there were some quality control issues so the order took even longer to process. When the order finally shipped - one month after being placed - it was shipped with their regular shipper (not expedited even though we were getting close to Christmas at this point) and the package still has not arrived. I placed my order on Nov 10th and it's now Dec 25th. At first customer service was helpful and refunded me 15% because of the delay but when it became apparent that the order wouldn't get delivered in time for Christmas they just stopped answering my messages. I finally had to put a stop payment on my credit card for the purchase because PupSocks hasn't responded to my messages and the product was never delivered.

The photoshop work was horrible. I would not buy again

The dog photo I sent is a light caramel colour and the socks came out with a nearly black image- I wish I could upload a photo. There needs to be better quality control. Disappointed.

I ordered four pairs of socks on November 29 as Christmas presents. You said eight to ten business days. On December 16 you emailed me that they shipped but you didn’t give them to ups until 6:00 pm on the 19th. It’s currently Christmas Day and I still don’t have them:( I emailed you two weeks ago to remind you that these are Christmas presents and never have been contacted by you about this. This being said I will probably never do business with you again

Wish I could write a better review but I still haven’t gotten my order even though I ordered close to a month ago.

I was very disappointed with the quality of printing on the socks I ordered. Our cat’s face turned into a black blob with hardly any detail. The socks took weeks to deliver and I didn’t get a response back when I contacted the company about the bad printing. I was so excited by the idea of these socks, and then so disappointed in the reality of them. Not to mention that they weren’t cheap.
