I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised in the products I received: 2 pair of socks and a blanket. They turned out beautifully and very good quality. I was a little nervous when initially communication regarding my order was slow. I would recommend PupSocks, but be forewarned there not Amazon. It will take weeks to get the product, but it is worth the wait. Thankful I received it time to ship to my Mom for Christmas.

I would have scored higher but my order took three and a half weeks. I see online more opportunities for Christmas but I fear ordering now won’t get me the product in time. The socks were adorable, larger than expected, but my husband will love them.

Product quality is 5 stars but customer service and stated shipping times are non existent. I emailed a few times and got no response and the shipping time was basically double, atleast what they stated. They also use the cheapest shipping option - its some combo of DHL logistics but then finished by USPS so no real tracking info. Once the product came it was great!! The mug and tote bag are both great quality and came out so nice. They did the artwork great as well.

The result is very good! Excellent job! Just 4 stars because the shipping was a little long... If you are not in a hurry, I still highly recommand pup socks!
