I never received my order and have not heard back from you about it.

First I have not yet received the socks and second when I emailed many days ago to find out, no one ever responded. So awful experience. Despite receiving an email that my socks shipped on Dec 11, there hasn’t been any tracking or info updates since then.

I still have not received the order I placed 3 weeks ago.

The printing on the socks was too dark. You couldn’t make out my dog’s face. Very poor craftsmanship. Couldn’t even gift them because they looked so bad.

You couldn’t even tell it was a picture of my dog on the socks. It looked like a black blob. I reached out to costumer service a week ago and haven’t heard back from them. I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with this company.

The picture was extremely dark and you couldn’t see my puppies face. I emailed to share feedback and received no response. I will not be ordering from PupSocks again as the quality was bad and this was a gift.

The socks don't even fit over my feet. Quality is poor. Reached out to customer service and haven't heard anything back. Basically threw my money down the drain. Will never order from PupSocks again.

Absolutely horrible... tracking for the order was unreliable and when the socks came in they were not even the picture of the dog I submitted. Unless they remedy this situation I will not be ordering from this company again.
