Slow to arrive, but super cute and worth the wait!

I ordered 13 pairs of socks in November! Cost of over $200. So much for 7-10 day turnaround. They charge you as soon as you place the order . No response from customer service . I’m going to dispute credit card charges and let them fight with visa. Worse part is I have no gifts! I think the company is a scam!

I'm giving 4 stars only because PupSocks only appears to post reviews with 4 or more stars, hiding the rest. Make sure you go to the TrustPilot website to see the whole story. Email response from this company is awful. I ordered on December 3 and order is still in production despite the promise of 7-10 days before shipping time. I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed the order, because I never would have taken the risk. I've seen other reviews where the order was placed much earlier than mine and they still haven't received the order as of December 17. All the money I spent (100.00+) is wasted because I'll have to buy other gifts instead.

Do not trust, almost a month no order. Pupsocks is only posting reviews with 4 stars plus, they are not responding to emails and turned off comments on Facebook. They are deceiving and disappointing customers. Buyer beware. Look at all Trustpiolet reviews, not just the ones posted on their website.

You send these reviews too early. They are Christmas gifts, so don’t know what the quality or fit is yet. They look nice, and I think they are going to be great, but I can’t say at this time.

The socks I ordered turned out way better than I thought they would. I only give them for starts for the wait time.
