The pattern was too big and shows larger photo than advertised-it doesn’t look right on socks - the email shows a much smaller pattern and it was printed more times on socks-would really like to have them redone.

Shipping was faster than expected, and the quality seems pretty nice but whoever cropped it did a worse job than I could have done. They made my hair look like I had a bunch of weird chunks sticking out and bumps. Overall I’m happy with them I just wish they would have taken a couple more minutes and realized the cropping was done terribly.

Looks great but after first wear, the heel started to fade color.

Cute idea for a gimmick gift. The idea is cute and will get a smile from the recipient but the quality is not good. The sock itself runs much smaller, so order a size up! I ordered a size 11-13 men’s size for my boyfriend who wears an 11 shoe, and they don’t fit him at all. Also, the sock seems more like a dish cloth sewn together in a sock shape. There is not enough spandex type material, so the sock stretches out and loses its shape immediately when you put it on. Worse still is when it stretches around your foot the image stretches and distorts so you can barely tell what it is.

I’ve ordered in the past with no issue. However this last time the socks came with ink stains all over the top portions both inside and outside of the socks. I emailed to discuss a re-make and asked if I could email a photo over because my iPhone picture was “too big” according to the site. No response. So I went in and submitted another request. Again nothing until the next day when I got a “your order has been shipped” email. Ok. Fantastic. But the new socks are just as bad if not worse. Maybe this is a normal thing? If so, it could have been solved over email with no need to reprint the socks. Some communication would have gone a long way. I’m sure the company has grown very quickly and perhaps leaving some things unhandled and I get that. But when you want to stay in business long term you’ve gotta work out those kinks ASAP. I wish the PupSocks team the best of luck but I’m not sure I’ll order again, sadly. **update. I received a new pair of socks that were in great shape- no stains. Thank you!

The product is a good idea! The shipping and keeping in touch to track my package was very difficult to find when it went out and my order was pending for a week and there was no info

-----------EDIT: Pupsocks contacted me and made it right. They reshipped, and my friend will still get the socks, a couple weeks later. Increased from 1 star to three stars. The website has a glitch where even if you put in a shipping address before checking out with paypal, it will take your billing address from paypal and send it there, erasing the shipping info you entered. Buyer beware :D ------------Original review: Shipped to the wrong address - I typed in the shipping address twice, and double checked it when I placed the order, but it still got shipped to the billing address. Horrible experience☹️

A bit small and cut a bit of the face off but overall really funny and cute!
