I was disappointed at the image on the sock. It was very light. The material of the sock is shiny and it makes it difficult to see the image of the dog. I don't think the value of the sock is worth the money.

I ordered a few weeks ago. I have never received anything, including a confirmation email with my order number on it. The only way I knew that my order should have gone through, was because PayPal sent me an email about the payment. I have emailed your company twice, asking for at least a confirmation, but in the past two weeks, the only response from you has been this customer service rating. I have no idea when or if to expect my delivery to ever arrive for Christmas.

I was gonna give 1 Star but I wouldn’t catagorize it as “rude”. I made my order on Nov 22nd for a Christmas present, I understand the holidays are coming up but I never got any emails and finally after a few weeks had to send an email asking about shipping because I got no updates. So I got a reply and they told me to wait 4 days for a response. Finally it said it shipped but that was on dec 9th and now the shipping says there was a delay and now idk when it’s coming. It’s just annoying that I ordered it early on purpose to get it I’m sure it’s cute and I’m sure (hopefully) I’ll get it before Christmas but I just felt like communication could have been better. I proobably won’t order from here again.

Overdue? I ordered on 12/3; as of 12/13, the order is 'still in production'. 2-day old email asking about whereabouts received only an automated response. I wish there was better communication and transparency about how long the product takes to produce and send before finalizing ordering. Something like 'this product will likely arrive between 12/a and 12/b'. Can't review the actual product yet, but customer service is not so good so far.

ordered 24 days ago and order still in production... noone answering to my emails... really disappointed.

It took a month to get my order and when I questioned via email where it was I did not get a response for nearly 2 weeks (12 days in fact). You need to be responding to your customers better and quicker than that. I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect an answer with technology as good as it is today within 48 hours. Very disappointed and when my socks did arrive the picture was great but the quality of the material was poor. Not good for a Christmas gift.

I’m yet to receive my socks!!!

Cute enough but for the price very disappointed
