I received the completely incorrect order, and this company has not gotten back to me to fix it.

They sent me the wrong socks then when I tried to call customer service about it they hung up on me

The merchandise, which I ordered early in December, has not arrived.

Those are not even socks, material is really terrible. It is very close to a scam. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

I received my mask but someone else's socks. It was a Christmas gift so I was beyond mad. I sent in a help request to their support team because they don't have a phone number and they have yet to get back to me.

Ordered for xmas or at least new years and still have not received. Has not even shipped according to UPS. Terrible. Will never use again.

Terrible quality. Fabric is not that stretchy and the fit is awkward and not comfortable at all. The image printed really dark (darker than photo supplied) and looks bad. Would not recommend. I think they will probably go in the trash. It also took three weeks for them to arrive and my enquirer to the company went unanswered. Worst purchase ever.
