I have emailed the company twice about the blanket I had received and haven’t heard anything from them. The quality of the blanket is great, the picture of my dog however is not. His face is so dark you can barely see it. Super disappointed.

The socks I ordered for my wife were too small. They did not accurately represent her size as expected per the sizing chart. The color recreation of my dog’s photo, a white English Labrador, made him look like a yellow lab.

Socks are ok. They were highly advertised as the perfect Christmas gift therefore I placed an order well in advance on Dec 6th. Well, they still didn’t make it for Christmas! I reached out twice and all I got back was a standard auto-response “influx in orders, may delay delivery bla bla bla” Since they were a stocking stuffer I had to buy something else and the once they finally showed up way after the holiday the whole effect was over. Won’t buy here again. If you ask for orders and promise a great gift for a holiday but can’t deliver don’t advertise and overload your company with work you can’t handle.

The photo was cute, but the quality of the socks were terrible. You wouldn’t be able to wear the socks with any type of shoes besides slip ons.

I ordered two pairs of socks and they cropped way too much off our photo so you cant even see our cats entire head. Pretty disappointed especially after they delivered late too

Hate to post a negative review but these were of such poor quality - some sort of synthetic- and the size was very large that we threw them away. I definitely won’t order from here again.

the photo print on the sock was dark and as a result the face was indistinguishable. Socks arrived 3 days after Christmas although the processing date said it would take 7-10 days to receive. Won't be purchasing again.

The print is fine, but the socks are very low quality and not the measure I ordered.
