This company has a great product idea. The order form is easy to use. You upload an image, but there is no way to proof the order. Customers have no idea how the image will be cropped. One pair of socks was cropped well, but the other was awful. The ears were cut off of the picture of our dog. The socks are also unusual. The material is slippery, not soft. The socks run large. I used the size guide, but the size I ordered are way too big.Customer service is terrible. I placed my order for two pair of socks on 11/24, and I didn't get them until 12/16. There is no time to get them redone before Christmas. From the beginning, I had questions, and there is no way to call the company. Every time I emailed, it took several days to get a response. I would try this gift idea again, but I would look for a better vendor. Update: After trying on the socks, they are too large in the foot area and way too snug on the leg. They are not like any other socks I've seen as far as material and fit. I am going to try and return them, but to do that I had to send an email. I expect a long delay before I get a response. There is also a $9 charge per pair even if they are returned, and I'm sure the customer has to pay for return shipping.

Order was in processing for 16 days. Then, was delivered and expected to arrive on December 15. Didn’t show up and received notification my package experienced a delay and DHL needs extra time for delivery. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I ordered it a month early in hopes I would receive it in time. Not looking promising.

I still haven’t received my order and it’s been a month.

Took entirely too long - ordered November 23rd and still have not received my socks. The only reason I finally got them shipped was because I reached out to remind the company. Even IF and I say IF becauee the tracking still hasn’t been updated and the socks are amazing the length of waiting is way too long and not consistent with their website.

I finally received my order on 12.14 after placing it on 11.17 and many email inquiries as to when it would be shipping. I needed the order by 12.15 and thought I ordered in plenty of time. It came right down to the wire unfortunately. At first the response to my initial email was slow but then I do give a lot of credit to the customer service rep(Farrah Waldren) who handled the tracking/status of my order for staying with it. She stayed on it and was good about keeping in touch with me and helping to finally get the order shipped. I completely understand that it's a very busy time of year and that it was a large order BUT it took almost a month for me to get it!! When it finally shipped it went DHL to USPS which is a very slow process. It was the first thing I ordered for Christmas and the last thing to receive. The quality of the pictures on the socks and blanket is very good, I was worried about that after it taking so long. The material is a little thin on the blanket for the price paid ( 20% off brought it down some). I'm not unhappy with it but for the price, I feel I paid for the printing rather than the actual product and don't think I'd order another one even with the 20%. I have the impression you may be a young and growing company, not really sure?? If there was high demand for your product that's great but please work on the turnaround time. I read other reviews and saw a few that said it took longer than expected per what you say your ordering to shipping time frame is. The reason I ordered from you is that I got a pair of your socks as a gift and really liked them! When my son ordered them last year for my birthday, he said he got them in a decent amount of time. You have a great idea for a product, you are a US based company and the quality of the actual pictures transferred onto the item is very good. I'm sure you're working very hard and hope you continue to do well but as with any company, customer service/delivery time is key to continued success. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

The fabric of the socks is shiny and scratchy, the photo quality was okay but a little dark, and shipping was extremely slow. I'm disappointed in the quality, especially considering the price.

I ordered 3 pairs! Took way too long to process order and when they arrived I was very disappointed. The quality of the socks are a horrible synthetic material and very tight. I ordered a women's size medium and men's large and they look exactly the same. I am small and I could barely get my hand in there. I'm too embarrassed to even send these gifts and now I'm stuck having to spend more money. For $30 a pair, this is unacceptable!

I was very excited to receive my orders, since I researched and saw this was a good company. However, I have been extremely disappointed with both products which where purchased as gifts. The quality of printing on the socks were terrible. They looked faded with smudges all over them. In addition, it has been so difficult trying to contacted someone to help and assist with this matter. I had to sent several emails for my first order and after a week or so someone responded. Now I am currently waiting on a response from customer service. I definitely will not recommend this company to any one.
