It has been over 3 weeks and I still don't have my order! I can't track it and I've reached out via email for hel0 with no response from PupSocks. There isn't a customer service number to call to actually speak to someone about it so I can't get a refund without filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Horrible experience and terrible customer service.

I don’t have a single good thing to say about my experience with this company. I placed my order which included the style of sock and the picture of my dog which I wanted printed on the sock. I waited over 2 weeks for the item to arrive. Upon arrival, instead of being the sock I ordered with my submitted photo, PupSocks sent me a pair of socks with some stock image of a cat on it. I contacted PupSocks 6 days ago to discuss resolution and received an email saying it would take UP TO 72 hours to receive a response. It has been double that amount of time and I have received zero communication. Now I am planning to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Buyer beware. AVOID buying from this company.

Never received the 5 customized socks I ordered a month ago. Tracking number shows details not yet available since 12/10/21. Can’t find a customer service phone number. Ordered 11/29/21, didn’t arrive by Xmas, needed as Xmas presents for the entire family. Will email PupSocks again on Monday.

I have no received it yet and they send an email about how the service is 🤦🏼‍♂️

I have not received my order

I ordered a pair of socks for my sister and brother-in-law. A couple days later I decided to order them for my brother also. When I received the first order, one pair of socks were right and the other were totally wrong. The wrong pair was the wrong print and 2 random dogs. I emailed and messaged the company with absolutely no reply. They were Christmas presents and I was not able to give one. I am still waiting for my second order for my brother which was also supposed to be a Christmas present. I never received an email about them even being shipped. Again there is no response.

I ordered the blanket November 1st, it arrived December 22nd. My dogs face is indistinguishable and resembles an odd dark triangle. When I reached out , throughout this process I have not received any Actual assisstance. I have yet to receive a reply and this Christmas gift was all I looked forward to giving my daughter.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've never felt for scammed through an online purchase in my life. The photos on my socks that I spent $35.00 on are not recognizable and look like black blobs. I have reached out to the company and sent many messages without a reply to make it right.
