Your open feedback is greatly appreciated, Patricia! Our socks are made using a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. Our hemming is done about a half of an inch down and the hems are visible from the inside of the sock, and this is done as a brand signature. We're sorry you weren't all the way impressed with the physical quality of your socks 😕 Have you been able to wash them yet? Our socks are made using a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. However, once washed and worn, the socks will take their familiar sock shape 🤞🏾
