I ordered 2 items on November 25th - a day before Cyber Monday - an ornament and a pair of socks. The ornament did come within the time frame and looks good, but I still have not received the socks which were the main thing I wanted to be sure to have before Christmas. So now my dad's Christmas present looks like it's not going to be here by Christmas - unless I'm jumping the gun here and they miraculously arrive before this Saturday. I'm losing hope though. Also, I felt good about ordering from this place because the website says they donate to two really great non-profits for animals and people. Now I'm wondering if that is even true...

Ordered a pup blanket late November. Received it in good time. I just opened it. The blanket itself is good quality, nice and fluffy. The terrible part is just how badly they cropped the dog's face. OMG, they just cropped it straight off the ear to the side so there's this straight line down beside her head and you can see the couch and lamp in behind the dog. Looks so terrible. Like "hurry up and get as many done as possible". And of course, as of now they haven't replied to my email and there is no "live chat" feature. For $80 US (I live in Canada) for a $10 fleece blanket, I expected quite a bit more care with this because it looks nothing like your ad. A real shame. This is one very unhappy customer.

So much trouble with the cat socks ordered, their faces were cut off, sent new pics to re do only got 1 pair instead of 2. Didn’t use new photo on replacement socks. I Won’t get by Christmas no phone number to call. Very expensive and frustrating. Not at all what I hoped for, the pup socks were cute, but the sock material is kind of hard not comfortable, maybe that’s what they have to use to print. Just frustrated won’t be able to use the cat socks for Christmas Stockings and they don’t give refunds they still charge a portion even if it’s their mistake.

Placed order November 26th. Still have not received socks. Ordered many items from that US after this time and they have arrived. Item takes too long to arrive. I can’t comment on actual product at this time.

the socks were HUge and extremely wide. they looked like they were for a clown. Im not sure they will fit the person i bought them for. the quality didnt seem great either

I have yet to receive my order. There is no way to check on the status of this and it's very frustrating. At this point I am skeptical that I will even receive my order and there is no customer service that you can directly contact. When I did ask about my order it took 2 days for a response which was over the time they said it would take on their website. I would NOT recommend this to anyone and now understand why there are so many angry faces on your Facebook post in your advertising.

Takes to long, no communication from company but took payment immediately. Still haven’t received order from 4 weeks ago. Doubt I’ll have before Christmas.
