I bought a pair of PupSocks for my mother-in-law for Christmas, but the fabric of the socks arrived torn. I reached out to support a week before Christmas, but did not hear anything back. I'm disappointed by the tear and lack of response by the brand. Due to this, I would not recommend PupSocks.

I’m sorry to leave a bad review but these socks are not the same as what they looked like on your website. The picture is very dark and it’s supposed to be a white dog. The sock quality is terrible and when my husband put it on it stretched so much you couldn’t even tell the dog and he is a small guy. Also the fit was not right. He got the same size he normally wears and they bunched up on top of his ankle. He won’t even be able to wear these. I was so excited when I ordered these but very disappointed all the way around.

Was disappointed with these socks. The pic was really dark. Looked like a blob. Sock are compression style like. Not what I expected. No future orders from me.

Sizing is inconsistent, socks are very uncomfortable.

Can’t even say poor customer service because you’d have to be able to get a hold of someone to say such a thing. Showed up nearly a month after ordering, ruining the birthday present they were intended to be gifted for. Will not work with this company again.

I received my order in my mailbox only to find an empty bag!! I have reached out numerous times to find out if I can get a refund or if a new order can be shipped. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift so it was very disappointing to find only a shipping bag that was empty. If someone could please get back to me regarding this. I have ordered with you before but will most likely not order again given the poor customer service. Order # 2672007.

Never received order and they did not respond to my email asking where my order was. Will not order from them again!
