I ordered 6 pairs of socks with different patterns. 4 pairs of socks were great, the are exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately 2 pairs of the socks were not made well. Of the two pairs that were not made well, one the pattern was off leaving big white strips inconsistent with the pattern, the other had the picture cropped poorly. The cropped picture had a giant triangular blob behind the head ( which was nothing , not an object, just background). I purchased the socks Nov 20, received them Dec 8th. I contacted the company Dec 12 regarding the socks with errors and today Dec 18 I have not received a response. These socks are a Christmas gift, and I am very disappointed that with the turn around and response time there is no chance they will be replaced in time for Christmas.

It's been 4 days and I'm waiting for someone from customer service to reply to me. They have no phone # and chat has been disabled. I ordered Christmas presents for my family. Instead of receiving my socks in 10 business days, it took 4 weeks. When I did get the socks, one of them was not what I ordered. My invoice clearly says that I should have received a white sock but instead I got a pink one. This is for a male. I am now out $30 and this person will not get their Christmas present. I've emailed the company. I've commented on Facebook posts. No response! Do I have to drive to Georgia to get someone to acknowledge my problem??

The order was easy but I still haven't received a product. I reached out and still have not received a response from pupsocks.

These socks are very poor quality. I wish I would have seen the true reviews prior to ordering. They charged my credit card twice, I only received one order and the quality is terrible. I ordered four pair and when laid out next to each other you can see how the black ink is faded on each pair. I have emailed twice with the response! Please save your money!!

The time it took to ship the order is unacceptable. I ordered on Nov. 27th, and on Dec. 18, have not received anything! No notice about progress on the order. Of course, PupSocks was very diligent about taking my money right away! If you don't care when your socks arrive, order here, as time does not matter to them. If you live on a schedule, then don't order from PupSocks.

I’ve been asked to review this company before I even received my socks. I ordered it on 11/21 and have still gotten no updates on the status. I also asked for a proof and got no response.

I was hesitant to buy $30 socks, however I knew the personalized aspect would make a great gift so I went for it. However I’m not satisfied with the final product at all. The matierial looks and feels cheap, and worse the patterns in the socks aren’t even woven, it’s a screenprint that’s misshapen, especially when the sock is stretched over a foot. The pattern doesn’t line up at the seams and the dog faces are actually cut off in a few places. The socks didn’t come in any sort of packaging, just rolled in a shipping envelope. Overall I wouldn’t buy again and will advise others not to either. Too high a price point for mediocre at best.

Unfortunately I ordered on Nov 18 and they are still showing in production, a month later. I doubt they will be done for Xmas. They need to share realistic production and shipping times.
