Directions were not followed. The picture of the dog looks like a big black blob. I reached out with this same complaint a week ago and I have not heard back. Bad product and non-existent customer service.

I ordered on 12/04 and as of 12/23 I still did not have and left for Christmas. Order tracking showed they shipped 12/12. They arrived on 12/17 in my town (somewhere). I ordered most of my gifts on line this year and even items ordered after this from other vendors arrived on time. Your choice to use UPS Mail innovations is a big mistake.

The socks were ill fitted. Fits the feet perfectly but, tight on the ankle and calf. Not to mention the quality of the picture of my black dog was poorly printed on the sock. One sock you can see my dog better, then on the other sock, you can barely see her. I would not recommend this company.

I received the wrong order. Someone else’s socks with their pup’s face! This was a Christmas gift ordered on December 3 2021. When I received the incorrect order I sent an email customer service. Here it is 6 days later no reply and I didn’t have my special gift. I also used the”chat” format on the website and no one replied to that either. I have to leave a bad, bad review.. I received the wrong item and someone else received mine. That’s two unhappy customers; I’ve received zero follow up.

I ordered socks that were supposed to have the faces of my cousins dogs on them and when I received them the socks were a generic pair of socks and not what I ordered. I have reached out to support but I have not heard back from them. I will not being ordering from here again

Haven’t gotten my order been a whole month. Don’t waste your time buying from them. Worst Christmas ever.

You can not see anything on the face that I selected for the socks and when sending an email there has been no response to fixing the problem

I would love to say 5 stars, but seeing as how my sock order has been stuck in Morrow, GA for 13 days, I can’t speak for their quality and cuteness…. Ordered December 3! Contacted customer service December 22 and still haven’t gotten a real-person response. Maybe think of shipping with something other than ups mail innovations next year! USPS is a complete train wreck, so maybe just choose something that is a one-carrier option! I paid for shipping, it wasn’t free! I would’ve paid a few dollars more for a reliable shipping method, Instead of sitting here b!tching about not receiving a stupid sock gift. I mean, I literally live 4 hours from your facility, yet they’ve been in shipping mode for over 2 weeks!!!!! I will not order from you shipping Scrooges again! And if you don’t like sh!tty reviews, don’t send me the option to leave one before making sure I actually got the f’ing order. Oh, and thanks for making me a Karen the day after Christmas.
