The pupsocks process was great and very painless. Delivery took much longer than anticipated however. Luckily still got my socks in time!

The socks with my dogs on it were just perfect. The coffee mug with my son’s face on it was perfect. The socks with my son’s face on it were so blended into the background and so faded you couldn’t tell who it was. I couldn’t give them as a gift, very disappointed with them.

Loved the product! It just took much longer to receive than expected.

Order placed 12/2, immediately received confirmation my payment had been accepted but no information regarding order processing or a delivery date. I emailed Customer service 12/10 asking for a status update - did not get a response until 12/18 after package was shipped. Pupsocks great idea, socks arrived as described and ordered. Only suggesting more timely communication regarding order and shipping status. I’ve already recommended the product and will probably order more items in the future. Thanks. Happy New Year!

The socks were great. My order kept saying in production, so I inquired to see when they may ship and they came within the next day or so. Tracking aspect never updated and I never really heard back from customer service. Overall product is good/

I am updating my review because after several weeks of trying to get info on shipment, the blankets arrived after Christmas, One has been shipped as a very late Christmas gift. The other is ours. The quality seems good, Ours is in the dryer now. I did receive a very nice apology from customer service and a partial refund. I do a appreciate the follow up. For those reasons I will update and improve my rating. However, make sure you order with plenty of lead time especially before the holidays. Terrible communication. No phone # available. My 1st message to them was on 12/12. Response from pup socks: "I do want to be transparent — production fell behind due to an influx of orders and we apologize for the unforeseeable delay. We’re now back on track and the order you placed is set to arrive before the holidays. If you haven't received an update already, you should be receiving a text message from us as well. Currently, your order has been printed which means it is in the final stages of production. Once your order receives a tracking number, you will receive a shipping email containing your tracking details. If you don't receive any word from us within 5 business days, please let me know! " I did let them know and there has been no response. Today is 12/23. Tracking info shows still in production. These were ordered as gifts. Last response to my emails was on 12/18: "Thank you for contacting us regarding your order. I do apologize that your order is delayed due to production times causing your shipment to arrive after your expected date. I understand this was meant as a gift and for that, I do apologize that this was delayed. Currently, your order has been printed which means it is in the final stages of production. Your order will be shipped out in the next 48 hours and we are shipping your items Priority mail. Once your order receives a tracking number, you will receive a shipping email containing your tracking details. If you don't receive any word from us within 4 business days, please let me know! I'm glad I could be of assistance and can't wait for you to receive your order." Even IF, I ever see these blankets, I will never order from this company again.

The socks are very adorable and look like the actual pets, but it took a month for me to get them. I’m glad I ordered early. The customer service people were good in replying when I contacted them to inquire about my order. I ordered on November 15th and received them December 14th. I ordered 5 pairs. There were three different photos. They are very cute! I’d use again.
