Poor customer communication. I can’t call the company because they don’t list a phone number. I placed my order nearly a month ago and my order is “still in production” according to their tracking system. The reviews on the website are phony -especially since you can’t actually add a review on their website. I wasted a lot of money on Christmas presents that probably won’t arrive til February

Still waiting for socks ordered in November. USPS says they have a shipping label but have been waiting for the socks. That was Dec 13 and tracking says they still haven't received the package. I don't see how they are going to make it under the tree in Idaho by Christmas day.

Zero communication from the seller despite multiple attempts to contact, did not ship when promised. No customer service.

Has been 21 days (that's right, ordered 11/28) since I placed my first order and still haven't received my socks. I reached out for an update 8 days ago and got a prompt response about unexpected delays and a nice customer service accommodation. Had I not reached out I don't know if I ever would have received a tracking number, heard about said delays/received any updates. Sure it's the holidays but I am surprised at the reactive rather than proactive approach by this company w/regards to holiday delays. I can't give them 1 stars because I do want to see how the product actually turns out and it may be fantastic but the experience was sincerely poor. I hope to give them a 2nd chance in the new year, but I have to say that I feel unfortunately lucky this time. Had I waited to order a day or two later, I might not have a chance at receiving the socks for X-Mas. Ironically all this while I have been receiving promotional e-mails from them and yet am still waiting on these socks. I feel sorry to everyone who ordered in December.

Where are they? Christmas is coming! Ordered November 20. Still waiting. Response to my email question took about two weeks and all they did was give me the tracking number and say "USPS" could help. But USPS doesn't even have it yet, they're somewhere in limbo between DHL and USPS. I need by Friday or I can't give them for Christmas. Very disappointed and worried.

The ordering process was easy and the product was good... when I finally got it. my order took over a month to arrive with little to no updates! This was a gift that is now super late :(

OMG- ordered Pupsocks on Nov. 17th, I never received a confirmation, had to email the company was given a confirmation finally however, it is Dec 18th and still have not received my order.... I hope the product is good because everything else has been really disappointing.

Ordered Nov 28 promised 3-5 day turn around. Promised befor Christmas. Order status said “In Production” for 3 weeks. Customer service is AWFUL absolutely zero contact after multiple attempts to check on the status of my order. It did finally arrive Dec 22. Quality of okay. Not likely to order from again.
