Sent me the wrong order. I’ve been waiting for a response back and haven’t heard anything in over a week

I haven’t received the order

I placed my order on December 3 and as of today it will be arriving on December 27. I reached out twice to customer service via email and both times got a response that I would be contacted within 72 hours. I was never contacted and my emails were never returned.

These are terrible quality. Don’t even fit in your feet and very poor material. Can not be worn!

Shipped on Dec. 2 and I still have NOT received the socks. I have reached out to Support multiple times with no RESPONSE! Very disappointed customer.

Still don't have my socks.

Damaged socks. Reached out to customer service 4 times with no response (over the span of 2+ weeks).

I never received my socks. This was my worst purchase of the holiday season as they never arrived and were a family gift.
