Hey Kenny, Our hemline is classic ours. The hemline is featured inside your socks about 1/4 and inch down. If you feel like you've received a defective pair of socks and there is not hemline at all, contact us here https://gopupsocks.com/contact-faq/ , leave your name, order number, and the email address associated with the order. Someone from our team would be more than happy to help you determine if the pair of socks you received is defective. Thank you again for you review of PupSocks!

Hey Chris, Thanks for reviewing the order you received from us at PupSocks! Our socks are novelty a novelty product, and like all socks, they do stretch a little when you put them on. We're sorry you were unhappy with the cropping of the face featured. We only include faces in our cropped images, however, we try to keep as much hair in the image as possible without distorting the image quality. Thank you again for your review!
