Socks are scratchy. Didn’t get the outfit he was wearing.

Order was wrong. Received the wrong color and the dog on the socks was not my dog.

I haven't received my order and it was supposed to arrive a week ago, so it will miss Christmas. Additionally, I emailed customer service twice and received no actionable reply from them. For the second email I asked to update the delivery address so that my order could be delivered in time for Christmas and they ignored my request and then subsequently sent my order to the original address. Customer service was unsatisfactory. Extremely disappointed that I ordered this for a gift.

I placed an order on November 28th and as of today (December 20th), I still haven't received my order. I can't believe they won't come in time for my Christmas gift exchanges.

Ordered on 11/28. Never heard back until I received tracking number on 12/20. Tracking says it was shipped on 12/10 but no update since. Poor communication from company on order status.

Not impressed. Took over 20 days to get here. Status sat "in production for over two weeks. I had to reach out to confirm if I would be getting by Christmas even though I ordered end of November. Took several days for them to get back letting me know they were "behind" on orders. Quality isn't that great either, sock material is all bunched at seams. Disappointed in this gift and because I just received, I don't have time to order different ones.

Ordered my Christmas gift November 30th with an estimated 7-10 business day arrival and guaranteed before Christmas.... Tracking is awful and doesn't ever update, I have emailed 4 times with no response back except an automated email (complete s***) and now here I am December 20th still nothing... With 5 days left till Christmas I am worried I am not going to get it on time or even worse I will get it and it will be wrong.... Not the best experience.

The socks look good, but they only used one of my cats faces and I paid extra for both. The picture I sent had 2 of my cats and I marked the 2 faces option and paid the additional charge but only got one face. Disappointed about that as I got cat dad socks for my boyfriend and knew he would love them. At least they put the cat that likes him more on there. Pretty expensive socks to not get the product I requested. It would only allow me to upload one picture so I had a picture with both cats in it. Error in my order otherwise if they were both on there, I would definitely give a 5 star rating!!
