GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

The dog on my pupsocks has no face. I contacted customer service a week ago, but still have not heard back. So if you have a black dog, apparently you get no features on the face, just a black shape. Would love to get this sorted, if only customer service would respond.

Was very disappointed in the both pairs of socks I ordered. The socks are very cumbersome to put on because the knit is so tight. They are also very uncomfortable to wear. Also the picture quality of the dog was so poor it looks like little black globs on the socks instead of the face of a pup.

Quality of socks was poor, were very big for digested size, did a poor job cropping our dogs head

Loved the idea of ordering from a company that benefited animals. I downloaded a picture of my sister in law’s dog and requested a pair of socks. I received confirmation of the order with the picture I requested. Instead I received socks with cats. I understand mistakes happen but I have yet to hear back about the wrong order after emailing and sending a message via Facebook 6 days ago. Simply looking for a reimbursement at this point.

Terrible outcome, my one request was to make sure my dogs beard was in the picture, and it was cut completely off. Been sending emails to inquire about changing it, they are completely ignored. So now I write a review, we'll see if they respond.

Socks paid for a month ago and they never sent them!

I placed my order a month ago. I have no updates but I get daily sales emails. How about processing my order? If I ever get them I’ll be happy but I think I just lost $20….. very disappointed.

I placed an order on 12/04, received a shipping notification on 12/10 with a tracking number. After a week or so without any kind of update I contacted UPS. They notified me that they only received and electronic notification of the order, no product. I have attempted to contact Pupsocks twice since then for some type of update, no response. It is now 12/26. No product or updates.
