The quality of the socks was not very good, I can't imagine actually wearing them. The fibers felt plastic-y and there didn't appear to be much elasticity. It would have been nice to see a preview of the socks before they were produced.. I would have picked a different background. My image camouflaged into the background and was very hard to see.

We are looking to upgrade the quality of our socks, however, please keep in mind that our socks are considered a novelty item. Additionally, our socks are made using a special process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. Once washed and worn, the socks will take their familiar shape and feel! We do not provide proofs as your photos are personally set up and cropped by the designers. I ordered two items in the same order. A pair of socks and a mug. I received the confirmation email with the two items, and later the email to notify me that the items were shipped and when they would arrive. The socks showed up on May 8, but the mug was not in the package, despite every email indicating that they were coming together. I emailed customer service and they said that the items are always shipped separately. Okay, but when is the mug going to arrive? Mind you: The socks were a birthday gift and the mug was a Mother's Day gift (both of which happen to be the same day, May 13). They answer my email with a tracking number for the mug. It's scheduled to arrive May 11. Good, so it'll arrive in time for Mother's Day. I watch the tracking number all the way until it says it's out for delivery in my town... Then it says it's unable to be delivered. I assume that they didn't include the apartment number with my address. Now I reach out to customer service again, and they confirm that there was no apartment number. Then how were the socks delivered without issue??? The mug was delivered after Mother's Day, although I ordered it almost 3 weeks early. By the way, when the package finally arrived the apartment number was hand written on the address label - and it wasn't even correct! I emailed them that my apt number was 305, and they wrote 304. I'm not sure what happened with this, but it really was a pain to finally get the present for my mom.

These socks are very cute, but to be honest I was disppointed in the quality. There really doesn't seem to be any finishing, so I'm afraid that they won't stay up and will fray. The stitching around the heel also seemed loose. The image did come out pretty clear. Overall, they are a fun novelty gift, but I'll be surprised if they last more than 8-10 washes.

Our hemming is done about a half of an inch down and the hems are visible from the inside of the sock, and this is done as a brand signature. Rest assured, they are finished and should not fray after being washed. I thought I paid extra to have both dogs in the picture on them, but only one of the dogs is on the socks I received. They are nice socks, but disappointed that both dogs are not on them.

I bought these for mother’s day and they came earlier than expected. The design looks wonderful and is beautifully cropped. The only bad thing was that the quality of the socks is horrible for the price. They look bad on too because the image is all stretched out and the socks don’t stretch at.
