I ordered 3 pairs of custom socks and only 1 came in correctly. It took a month did them to come in and when they did 2 of the pairs had completely different dogs on them and were not even the style that was indicated on the recipient. On the website it says that I should receive the correct order in 7 days; however, no one has replied to my several inquiries. The socks I did receive turned out great; however, I wasted $50 on socks that I never received and have experience horrible customer service.

Well, first the good. The picture of our dog, Charlie is super cute. The bad... 1. If I received them as a gift, it would take some time before I figured out they were socks. The material doesn't feel all that sock-like — same goes with the shape. 2. I bought them for my wife. Knowing many people are buying them as gifts, the giant PUP SOCKS branding on the shipping bag kinda blows the surprise, if you're not the one retrieving the package from the mailbox.

The socks are cool, but I ordered 3 pairs of the SAME SOCKS (color, size, picture, etc.) And I received 2 correct pairs and one random pair with a different dog's face. I have sent two emails about this mistake over a week ago and have not gotten a response from customer service. These were supposed to be a Christmas gift and now the new pair definitely won't be here in time. My sister used this company last Christmas season and had way more problems than I did, so I am not sure I would recommend thia company to others.

Although the picture of my dog is cute, the socks are shaped like tube socks fit for a giant. Nice idea but...

I ordered 2 pair of pup socks on 11/23/18 and now have been told they will arrive 12/26/18 after Christmas😞They were a gift for my 7yr old granddaughter. After several email checks, they kept saying "they were in production" and now have been in Atlanta awaiting a label for 3 days at USPS. Very frustrating, I miss Amazon!

Stay away! They’ve had over 200 complaints filed against them with the BBB in the last year. Not only did they send the wrong order, the quality is AWFUL. I have no idea what material they are made of but there’s no way anyone would want to wear the socks. The customer service is worse than Comcast. They don’t respond to emails for over a week and when they do it they never have a good solution. It almost seems like they’re not even reading your email to begin. There’s no phone number so they can ignore you after they get your money. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Not a fan of the product or the service. The whole process was at a snails pace, their shipping was terrible, and when I finally got my product, it was wrong. I spent a lot of money for such a trivial product and it could’ve at least been what I was wanting or expecting. The image, on the correct item, was adequate, but the quality of the socks was terrible. It’s hard for me to believe that anyone would find them comfortable. I get that it’s the holiday season, but I don’t see an excuse for this. I emailed what I believe to be the help desk so that they could remedy the situation and I’ve yet to hear anything back. I included a picture of what should’ve been on the socks, the order number, and the item number that was messed up and like I said, snails pace.

I am in desperate need of my order I placed on Dec 2. I have sent many emails with no response. I need this order by Monday Christmas Eve and have offered to pay overnight shipping. Order #611826 - I'm sure I will love them, but this has taken way to long.Please help with this- Tracey
