Nice product. I imagine its a small operation. It took a month and a half to receive it. I ordered the socks on Jan 31st hoping for a Valentines Day gift for my wife. I got it March 11th. My wife was still very pleased with it.

I ordered socks on December 24th, and received my shipment confirmation Jan. 4th. The socks came on the 8th, just over 2 weeks after ordering. Very impressed as it was during the holidays too! A family member also placed an order in November and it came within 3 weeks as well. The only thing is the quality of the material isn't the best, they don't stretch as much as regular socks so remember that when ordering.

Great socks, the picture of the pet looks great. However, the delivery took a long time - around 6 weeks to get to NZ. Keep this in mind when ordering :)

The product was good, but it didn't arrive on time. They were intended as a christmas gift and bought on the 23rd of november (mind that I live in Europe, so the shipping time is a little longer). Overall I'm happy though, seeing as my brother absolutely loved them. The fabric the socks are made from is a little unusual, but I assume that's how they have to be since they print the photo onto the fabric. My experience wasn't too bad, so don't let all the negative reviews frighten you from buying socks. However, I would really recommend PupSocks to prepare better for the amount of orders they will get next Christmas - I'm guessing that's why a lot of orders were late.

The printing quality on the socks is impressive - they look exactly as I was hoping. It took longer than I expected (5-1/2 weeks), although I ordered them from Canada at the busiest time of the year. Makes for a thoughtful, unique gift.

The only reason they are getting 4 stars is because it took awhile for me to receive my order and I never received any shipping information once it was ready. I just happened to open my mailbox one day and the item was there. This was to be a christmas gift, but it came 4 days after christmas, when it was ordered at the end of November. However, they did give me a 25% refund back for it being late and for not communicating properly about the status of my order. The product turned out great on both the blanket and the socks though. I would definitely use them again, just maybe not around the holidays, or make sure I ordered it at the beginning of November instead of the end.

Took longer than expected to receive the order. Were purchased as a Christmas present, and the person loved the product!
