Socks aren’t that great. Takes forever

It is not acceptable as a business to take a month to deliver your merchandise. I appreciate all the email updates from you but it made me nervous that I would not receive my socks before Xmas. So I will not order from you again since that wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Cute idea, but weird texture - slick outside, webbed inside (I guess to help socks stay in place??). Would not order again - too expensive to just look at.

I received an order with a different dog’s face on it than the photo I had submitted. Even worse, the picture was not even cropped correctly and cut off the hearts around it. Overall, the mug was a careless rushed job, the fact that it wasn’t even the right picture aside. I immediately tried to contact customer service with my issue, but they have no phone number listed on their site, and the one on the return address of my box was out of service. I emailed Pupsocks twice about my issue over the course of two weeks and didn’t hear a word. It took me finally filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau to hear anything back. They are allegedly going to refund me for my defected item, which is the only reason I am giving two stars instead of one. Pupsocks is a careless and unprofessional scam.

Poor quality fabric and the photo had my dogs ear cut off on one side. Waited almost 3 weeks for production to be completed. Took several days for someone to reply to my inquiry on when they would be finished.

I uploaded a picture of my pup with a toy and gave special instructions to include the toy on the socks. I received the socks today- 21 days after I ordered them and the toy was not included on the socks.

What the heck is this material? It's like wearing a necktie on your feet. It's shiny and weird, purchased as a gift, probably too embarrassed to give them except as a joke.

Ordered Nov 28 for a gift. Today is Dec 22. Just checked tracking. Still “in production”:(
