I placed my order on 11/28 and was suppose to receive my socks before Christmas. The shipment process is horrible. The socks still have not arrived and were shipped out on 12/11. It’s ridiculous that they still have not arrived and unfortunate that I was unable to give it as a gift in time for Christmas. I don’t know how the socks even came out but extremely dissapointed with the communication.

The picture turned out great and so funny! However, the fit is not so comfy. Tight around the ankle and too long in the toe. Will wear them because they’re funny, but prefer socks to be comfy.

Ordered socks NOVEMBER 28 for Christmas gift. It's Christmas EVE, 12/24 and there is NO ONE to communicate with!! tried several emails earlier in the week to tracking company who said go to vendor. Vendor says "We'LL get back to you!" Guess they all went home early for the Holiday. Frustrating with no way to communicate with a REAL person. Very, Very disappointed in customer service! Paid for something I may never see.

Ordered this mid November for a Christmas present. Still haven’t received the product and only one standard response letter when I questioned a delivery time. As a follow up to this I would like to report that the company was very accommodating in getting me a credit. They corresponded with me early on that there was a problem with the way I ordered the item. I never saw that email which led to my review. I would retract the review if I could.

The only thing I can review at this point is the fact that I ordered the socks on 11/26 and have not received them. They were supposed to be Christmas presents. Thought I gave it plenty of time....

I placed my order December 3rd and my item is still in production. I emailed the company to get a status update on December 17 and never heard back. They took payment but I have not had an update since. I understand there may be delays with holiday ordering however customer service is poor. Buyer beware. I am not sure if I will even receive my item or if this is a scam.

I ordered my socks over a month ago and still haven’t received them and I was promised they would be here before Christmas which they weren’t.

Might as well join all the complaints of not receiving my Order! This is my only Christmas gift to my older kids! I know it’s the busy season but advertise YOU MIGHT not receive your order by December 24th. NOPE they advertised they guaranteed if ordered by certain date. I ordered Dec 8th. Got a text that it shipped last Sunday (week a go) Their automated email is blaming the delivery Service. Give me a break. Oh they are offering $5 off on my next order! really??? I want to return or at least 50% refund. And tracking- there is no direct tracking with a Carrier offered. So they can lie and say It shipped. There is no proof. UPDATE- WILL ADD A SECOND STAR- I received the items the day after Christmas- still not acceptable as it was guaranteed before. But had I been able to track the package via the USPS site I would have been calmer! The not knowing was just bad customer service.
