Horrible customer service when they actually do reply to your emails. Order was processed incorrectly and arrived long after they promised.

1) Believe I uploaded and paid for 2 images per pair of socks. Only one image was on them. 2) The material is like strange soft plastic. Would never, ever wear with shoes. 3) The image that was on the socks was good.

My experience with the company was great, but the socks not so much. They are a weird material with an even weirder fit. I wouldn't order them again.

I ordered socks with 2 cat faces on them and even emailed PupSocks to ensure i had the photo correct for upload. When the socks arrived they had just one face on them. I've emailed Pupsocks to ask them to offer a resolution and I have not heard back.

this product arrived over a month later than suggested and was the wrong colour sock and not even my pet that was pictured

The socks are 2 different shades of red with a line down the middle. Made my daughter happy. But NOT worth the price!

I was very disappointed with your product. First of all, I ordered the socks on December 1st and they didn't come until 8pm on December 24th... meaning I did not have a gift to give to the person I ordered them for since I was traveling to their house Christmas Eve and had to hit the road before they were delivered. Second, I had ordered and paid for 2 dogs (with written instructions) to be face-mashed and only one dog was on the sock... even though I paid the extra $2.99. If my purchase wasn't going to a good cause I would've returned the socks and asked for a refund, but I believe in helping animals and wanted to contribute. I thought this would be a cute gift along with a donation and I was sorely disappointed.

Great concept but here I am a month after ordering and my socks still haven’t arrived. Very disappointing given they were Christmas presents and were not able to be to be given.. I think the admin side of things needs looking at and I can’t say I’d recommend buying. Sorry to say because as I said, it’s a great concept and cause.
