Ordered 6 pairs over a month ago & still haven’t arrived !! Don’t order from them again

I ordered one pair of socks three weeks before Christmas and they promised to be here before then. I still don’t have them - in fact, they are not even delivered to my state yet. Very disappointed…I do NOT recommend using this company.

I emailed the team to let them know that I was unsatisfied with my order and I wanted to return for a refund and no one ever got back to me

The socks that weren’t sent to us were trash at best. The didn’t even fit past the arch of my foot and we’re very poorly made. Additionally, the picture of our cat was distorted. These are going in the trash and I really want my money back.

They asked for very specific instructions regarding faces/photos, to which most instructions weren’t followed. Instead of a pair of socks with our cat, dog and my own face… we got socks with the cat, a completely blacked out photo of our dog, and then some other cats face. So effectively the Christmas gift of socks that contained our cat’s face (great), a large black / blank area (whut?) and then some other cats face who was not ours (WHUUUT???) So yeah. Great. Masterfully done.

Socks are adorable but don't fit right on any of us. Weird cut all around. Not wearable at all. Ordered the right sizes, but the shape and proportions are wonky. So disappointed

I was extremely disappointed with my order. The socks were square and fit terribly. The material was not cotton and was a strange form of polyester that was almost like the material that reusable shopping bags were made from but with some stretchiness. And the pictures of my dog came out poorly. While there were shipping delays this year, my order came very late. The socks were unwearable and will be thrown away. I will obviously not be ordering another pair.
