The pictures are nicely done, but quality of socks is awful. I bought these for my husband and he will never wear them. He is happy with the novelty of them at least. Delivery was extremely slow as was response from customer service. Pleased that this company supports animal charities so I’m not that upset overall.

The whole point of getting the socks was to give as a Christmas present. I ordered on December 1st. The website did not indicate it was too late for Christmas orders. The "track order" feature of the website is useless. It said "in progress" from the day I ordered until the day they arrived. It probably still says it. The socks arrived after Christmas. The socks themselves are fine. I am just extremely disappointed they took so long and there was never any update as to the status.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks with the same picture and received 2 pairs of socks, one was correct, one had some random picture. I have contacted the company twice via the website. First contact got no response. Second contact got a lame "be patient, we'll get back to you" message. That was over a week ago. Next step is to contact my credit card company.

The socks are cool BUT abnormally LARGE. Ordered Womens and the heels hit mid calf. The socks are cute but fit horrible,

The socks are cute but production and shipping took almost a month, despite claims on their web site that the socks would arrive by Christmas. The company never responded to my email inquiry so I would recommend other sites with faster shipping and better customer service. I won’t be using them again.

I have not received my Pup Socks yet! I ordered them at the end of November and spent over $100, hoping I would have them in time for Christmas! I still haven't received them... when I originally place the order I needed to make a change and it took days for someone to get back to me. Overall slow and poor service with no immediate response ... and I still don't have my product!!!!

They did a good job putting my dogs face on the socks, everything else is bad. The socks came dirty, the stitching is uneven and the inside shows on the outside. The material is probably the cheapest they could’ve possibly ever used and it made my skin itch. The socks stretch out and distort the picture while also managing to be ill fitting and loose. It’s a cute concept but they’re way too expensive for what you get.

While the photo of our puppy was absolutely clear and perfect the socks themselves are the most uncomfortable socks. They do not stretch and literally cut circulation and cannot be worn for more then 30 minutes. Extremely disappointed in the price and quality because they are not wearable. Waste of money and I bought three pairs!
