It took 22 business days for my socks to arrive (one whole month), and when I got in touch with them to ask about what was going on, I got an email saying that I would get a response in 72 hours, which I then never got. I did get them, but very late to send for Christmas. The print looks good, but the socks are thin are look like they won't stand up to any real wear.

I placed my order on 12/2/21 and as of 12/27/21 I have still not received my order! I made an inquiry as to the status on 12/22 and have received no response. My order appears to have been in the same USPS location since 12/16/21! I would not recommend this company.

If I could do 1/2 a star I would- the quality of the socks I ordered was terrible!

Never received my order and no one has replied back since I made a claim that they were missing.

Worst experience, don't use that service. Ordered on November 27th, wrote lot's of emails to the support - no info about delivery, no answer. 30 EUR wasted - never recommend these guys.

***Do NOT order anything from this place.*** The customer service is horrible and the gods you order will never show up. Ordered a pair 1 month ago, and still not shipped.. At least not according to the shipping company. When i send mail to support, I never get an answer. But they were quick to take my money. I will never order anything from these guys again..

My socks arrived damaged, although this could have taken place during delivery perhaps it could be fixed with better packaging. It was also disappointing that one of the pictures of my pet basically just looked like a black blob. It seems as though a company that specializes in this product would have had the foresight to adjust the brightness of the picture so it would show up clearly. I also have reached out via email regarding these issues and have not heard back. Not the end of the world I suppose but not ideal.

Ordered socks on 27th September. Still no socks on 27th December and you ask me for a review of the product? Seems a bit rude when you have my money and I STILL have no socks. Maybe I'll leave a proper review if I ever actually get the socks. Super disappointed as this is such a cool business and could have been great. Unfortunately, I won't be recommending you to anyone. I would also suggest you reconsider offering shipping outside of the US if you can't actually fulfill the order. Again, really awesome business idea but need to be executed better.
