I was disappointed in the customer service. I sent some emails that went unanswered. I ordered on Nov 13 and did not receive my item until AFTER Christmas. Was not particularly impressed with the quality of my socks either. Would not order again.

Prints turned out really dark on one pair. Quality wasn’t there for the price tag in my opinion. Love the concept though.

Sorry for the three.... The picture was adorable but my daughter doesn't like the way the socks fit. :(

I love how a meal is donated to animals in need and the idea of customization. However, my socks took much longer than expected to arrive and the fit of them is really awkward. The print of the picture I submitted is perfect though!

I was disappointed that they sat at UPS from December 18 until they were finally delivered December 31. I wish I had chosen a different pattern since some of the mustaches are over my dogs head and he looks like a bull. However the quality is great, my husband loves them and I would buy more but in a different pattern.

The socks are ok. Customer service poor: incorrect tracking number was provided in the shipping email which acknowledged the package but provided no history for days. After eleven days the socks had not yet arrived so I emailed CS as per the shipping email and it got returned, several times, as no such email address existed. Sox finally arrived under a different tracking number from a different carrier so I dropped the issue.

I bought them for my teen daughter and she thought the quality of the socks and colour were awful. I agree on the quality, very disappointing. They are cute though and I'll wear them but a bit disappointing considering they cost around $37 for a pair of socks!

I think you need to show a preview of the final artwork. Was disappointed in the photo as it appeared on the finished socks.
