Very disappointed. I ordered these socks as a gift from my son to my husband at the beginning of December. I didn't receive them until a week after Christmas! This was not a shipping issue, this was a production issue as they didn't ship them until 2 days before Christmas. When I received them the image was blurry and cropped so weird... not done according to my notes. I have ordered these before of our oldest dog 2 years ago and they were amazing, but I will no longer recommend them. Also, I did reach out to customer service and got no response when I realized how long it had been since I ordered them and that they had not shipped.

Received my order (2 pairs of socks). The problem being that 1 pair was not mine. Still waiting to hear back from them.

The product itself is visually as advertised. The socks I ordered looked good. While they are not very high quality socks, they are not terrible. I would say they are just good enough. The reason for only 2 stars here is because as a company they don't seem to know what's going on. They claimed that that the production time would take 5-7 business days, but my experience was it took 25 business before the ordered was shipped. Every time I spoke with support (a very nice person who was trying to help) they seemed to have no idea when the product would ship. I was repeatedly told my order would ship within a few more days. In the end I'm happy enough with the product as a one-time gift but I would never buy from this company again.

When my order FINALLY arrived, I received 3 pairs of socks. 2 pairs had my dogs face, the third had someone else’s dog. I’ve sent multiple emails to the company about this issue over the last week and have yet to get a response. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. I have ordered from this company numerous times but this is very disappointing customer service to say the least.

The printing of the dog was fantastic but the actual socks are awful. They are basically a tube with no foot shape. There is no heel, so the socks don’t fit on actual feet. It bunches up on the front of the ankle to make up for the lack of heel. It’s just really disappointing because I don’t think the recipient of the gift will ever actually wear them.

Nice design and decent quality. But a bit pricey. I also ordered November 30 with expected delivery “8 - 10 business days”. It arrived December 28. :(

Not what I was expecting at all. I wanted the whole dog pictured not it's head. Didn't want peoples mouths on the blanket either. Not to mention you claimed to have shipped the 16th and it arrived 1-1-2022. Did you ship by pony express, probably not as I know it would have gotten here faster.
