It’s been almost two months and I have yet to receive the socks I ordered. I feel scammed. I have not even heard back from the team after various emails. I would love a refund as soon as possible.

Poor quality, poor fitting, tube socks. Did not reply to my email.

After 4 months and some painful emails my order still hasn’t arrived. A pathetic scam

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. IT IS A SCAM. Wouldn’t even rate them ONE star.. they deserve 0. Ordered a package as a Christmas gift. It never arrived. Tried to contact them. They responded 1 month later that I couldn’t get my money back but they could send me one more product. I responded back as well that I would like either the exact same product or my money back. They have never replied..

Horrible "FABRIC".Despite how well they communicate and advertise and how quickly they deliver, the QUALITY,SHAPE, AND THE MATERIAL OF THIS PRODUCT IS SUBPAR. I wouldn't describe it as "fabric". It is more like the consistency of a handiwipe cloth.It doesn't feel like anything you'd ever put on your body. You'd clean your floor with it. It is shapeless. The rendering of the pet is fine. I expected a pair of fabric socks.I'm embarrassed to give this as a gift to my friend.

Did not receive what I ordered. I ordered custom dog socks and socks with pictures of cats came on them. Quality was terrible and not wearable. I gave them to my dog as a toy to play with.

The package never arrived.

At the beginning they said 8-10 business days for socks to arrive. After 1 month I wrote to them and they replied only after like 1 month. I was waiting for my order for 3 months and it did not arrive. They lied saying it has been shipped but when I asked shipping company they said they have not received it yet. When I asked for my money back they deducted some processing fee and paid only half back. Dont buy from them.
